What is Carbon Literacy?

Carbon Literacy Training for the food sector provides you and your team with a solid understanding of climate change and equips you with practical tools to reduce your business’s carbon emissions.

This course has been strategically crafted to tackle the distinctive challenges and opportunities found in the hospitality and food service sectors. Whether
you play a role in food production, distribution, or consumption, this training offers you practical guidance on reducing carbon emissions and delivering
multiple benefits to your organisation.

Upon completion, you’ll receive a Carbon Literacy certificate – a nationally recognised credential that demonstrates your knowledge and commitment to climate action. Display it in your business, add it to your website, and use it in your communications with customers and suppliers.
