Citizens Advice Bureaux

Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent Citizens Advice Bureaux (SNSCAB), operating as Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent, is an independent local charity based in North Staffordshire that is a member of the national Citizens Advice network. We offer advice, information and advocacy to local people to help them resolve the legal and financial problems they face. We focus on problems relating to personal debt, social security benefits, housing and immigration.

We also offer advice on energy issues, money management. Through the Staffordshire Victim Gateway and Uniting Staffordshire Against Hate we support victims to crime to cope with and recover from their experiences.

We operate across North Staffordshire primarily, but also works as part of national supply chains managed by the national Citizens Advice charity delivering debt advice as part of the national CA debt service, consumer and energy advice as part of the national consumer helpline and help with claiming Universal Credit through the Help to Claim service.
