Over August and September sben members Climate Change Matters organised a series events connecting people in Staffordshire to tackle climate and ecological emergencies.
These forums culminated in a final conference on Thursday 14th October when Councils across Staffordshire came together with representatives from Businesses, Voluntary and Community organisations and individuals to raise awareness of the plans of Councils across Staffordshire to address climate change and to explore the ways that we can all work together ensure that in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent we are ambitious in our plans and crucially, our actions.
Following COP26 it becomes more urgent that everyone in Staffordshire works collaboratively together to play our part in addressing this global crisis.
