With all businesses looking for ways to reduce energy usage to address the current financial and environmental crises, sben invited Livvy Drake of (Sustainable Sidekicks) to provide a practical session for members to engage staff in changing their habits and behaviours to help address around energy and environmental impacts.

Two practical sessions were held on the 24th and 25th May  looking at how you can apply behavioural science to drive change, in your organisation, to:

  • Better understanding what makes people tick
  • Appeal to a variety of people types
  • Develop solutions that go beyond educating and awareness-raising.
