If you took part in one of Staffordshire County Council’s business support programmes (Start-up mentoring Course, Get Started and Grow, Growth Ladder, or Women in Business). We’d love to hear how it went.
We’ve commissioned an independent evaluation to understand what difference this support has made, what worked well, and how we can improve it for future businesses. As part of this, we’re asking everyone who took part to complete a short survey about their experience.
The survey takes around 10-15 minutes and covers things like:
– How your business has changed since taking part
– What difference (if any) the support made
– What further support would be useful in the future
Even if your business has since closed, changed direction, or you feel the support didn’t make much difference, we’d still really value hearing from you. This feedback is just as important in helping us understand what works and what doesn’t.
Your responses will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of this evaluation. We may ask to use your comments as a testimonial but will only do this with your express permission. Taking part is voluntary, and you can find full details on how your information will be used at the start of the survey.
