There are still limited funds available for training grants for any businesses in Stoke on Trent or East Staffordshire.
Stoke on Trent Businesses
New Applications:
- Eligible businesses can now apply for up to £1,000 towards the cost of training (excluding mandatory training), with a minimum of two employees attending.
- Sole Traders: A maximum grant of £500 is available.
Top-Up for Previous Applicants:
Businesses that previously received a grant of £500 can now apply for an additional £500.
Examples:
If £500 was claimed, an additional £500 can now be requested.
If £200 was claimed previously, an additional £800 can now be requested.
Key Details:
- Grants are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early applications.
- All training needs to be completed or started on or before 28th February 2025
East Staffordshire Businesses
New Applications:
- Eligible businesses can apply for up to £500 towards the cost of training (excluding mandatory training)
