This month’s focus is on Time to Talk Day taking place on 5 February 2026 it remains the UK’s biggest mental health conversation. Led by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, the day encourages friends, families, workplaces and communities to come together to talk openly about mental health and help break the stigma that still surrounds it.
