In March 2001 AB Vickers was bought by Lallemand (A Montreal-based company whose core business is dried yeast products for baking and winemaking.) AB Vickers comprises one site in Burton on Trent. AB Vickers supplies processing aids and additives to the fermented beverage industries worldwide.
